<p>Saying at least 7 positive statements to yourself each day in the mirror will make a difference to your life. If the &#8216;mirror work&#8217; seems difficult, I encourage you to keep it up. I promise it does get easier.</p>
<p>Something else I encourage, is to keep an eye on your thoughts throughout your day. Notice what you&#8217;re thinking when you wake up, while you&#8217;re getting ready for your day, as you connect with people, while you eat, as you&#8217;re driving and when you hop into bed at night. All of these thoughts have a huge effect on the type of life you lead, they are all creating your reality.</p>
<p>By being mindful, you can choose how your day unfolds&#8230;</p>
<p>Keep up your gratitude, add your happiness and love yourself enough to look in the mirror and really connect.</p>

<p>If you have an area of your life you&#8217;d like to improve here are the stats&#8230;<br />
If you&#8217;re spending at least 51% of your time focusing on the negative in this situation, you&#8217;ll attract more of the same.<br />
If on the other hand, you focus 51% or more on the positive&#8230; thinking how great it could be, talking about it in a positive way, imagining how you&#8217;ll feel, then you&#8217;ll shift the scales.</p>
<p>So say you want more money, notice where your focus is when you think about money. How do you feel as you open your bills? Do you constantly mention that you can&#8217;t afford things?<br />
If you struggle with time frames, notice what your language is like. Do you find yourself saying, theres never enough time or time goes so fast?<br />
What about a relationship or your job? Take notice of what you think about and speak about, as this is creating your reality.</p>
<p>Deliberate change takes place in the present moment. It will be easier to notice your thoughts words and actions if you are present, otherwise you&#8217;ll be creating without even realising.</p>
<p>Enjoy creating what you truly desire x</p>

<p>Keep it up, you&#8217;ll find many blessing by doing this exercise!</p>
<p>Message for Day 21<br />
By now I hope gratitude comes naturally to you and as you go about your day you find more and more things to be grateful for.<br />
Keep adding happiness and stick at the mirror work, honestly you and your life will blossom by doing this each day <img src='http://www.blossom.net.nz/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I heard someone say today, I haven&#8217;t had time to think about adding happiness, this is when you need to do it the most. You deserve to take time out and studies have shown that you work better when you do. It&#8217;s also a wonderful way to love yourself, which is the key to living a life you truly love</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 20 and it&#8217;s time to add positive self-talk.</p>
<p>Over the last couple of days, I&#8217;ve asked you to begin noticing your thoughts and the words you use.  I wanted you to do this, because how you relate to yourself and the world, has a direct effect on how your life is unfolding.  If your thoughts are negative and you focus on want you don’t want, you are in fact attracting more of the same.  On the other hand, if your thoughts are positive and you focus on what you desire, you’ll find this will be your reality.</p>
<p>The problem is, when we don’t feel good about ourselves, it’s harder to notice the good in life.   That’s because, what we see outside ourselves is a reflection of how we feel within.</p>
<p>So rather than trying to ‘fix’ our lives, lets begin loving ourselves more.   Then our world will begin reflecting how we feel inside.</p>
<p>Louise L. Hay mentions this in her video ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ when she helped people with their problems she had a little success.  When she helped people love themselves, their problems faded away.</p>
<p>So for the next 10 day’s, I want you to say at least 7 positive statements to yourself each day.  Now there’s a catch, I want to encourage you to do this in front of the mirror.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #e31b97;">Here’s how it works…</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Stand close enough so you can see your reflection in your pupil. You just need to see your face.</li>
<li>Then simply say… I’ll use my name as an example…</li>
<li>Tracy, you are assertive or, I am assertive</li>
<li>Tracy you are courageous, confident and compassionate or, I am courageous, confident and compassionate</li>
<li>Tracy you learn easily and effortlessly or, I learn easily and effortlessly</li>
</ul>
<p>The great thing about using the mirror is, you’ll notice any resistance/old beliefs that arise and you can simply acknowledge it and carry on or write them down and then change them into positive affirmations, which you can say in the mirror too J</p>
<p>Now you may notice that this feels weird, strange or silly.   Or you think it’s not working, or you may even want to giggle or cry.  This is all resistance; I encourage you to stick at it.  You will notice a difference if you keep this up and you will feel more loved which is the reason why we’re doing it.</p>
<p>You can simply start by saying these things in your mind, after a while though, say them out loud, honestly the rewards to loving and approving of yourself and endless!</p>
<p>I also want you to stop all criticism.  I hear people criticising themselves by saying things like, ‘I’m so stupid’ when they make a mistake or ‘I couldn’t possibly do that, or my butt looks big!’ you get the gist.  It’s time for you to be your biggest cheerleader, your best friend.  If you want an absolutely amazing life, you’ve got to believe that you’re absolutely amazing.</p>
<p><span style="color: #e31b97;"><strong>So for the next 10 days…</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>State at least 7 positive things to yourself</li>
<li>Add happiness, joy, fun, bliss throughout your day, especially when you’re stressed or tired.</li>
<li>State what you’re grateful for, remember to add the areas where you’re challenged or there’s a lack.</li>
</ul>
<p>Enjoy and let us know how you’re going and what positive statements you’re saying to yourself.</p>
<p>You truly are doing an amazing job and you deserve all that is good in your life!</p>

<p>Message for day 17.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m excited to tell you&#8230;. you get to add more happiness to your life and find more things to be grateful for on day 17 <img src='http://www.blossom.net.nz/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Lucky you!!</p>
<p>Look for new blessing and different ways you can add happiness. Hopefully you&#8217;re journal is being filled with gratitude and ways to bring more happiness to your life. That way when you&#8217;re having a challenging day, you can pick up your journal and notice all the good in your life. You&#8217;ll have ideas on hand to create more joy.</p>
<p>Honestly by adding joy/happiness, it&#8217;s proven we become more optimistic, creative, better problem solvers and we experience more satisfaction and success and we feel better about ourselves. There are so many wins!!</p>

<p>With just four days until we add positive self talk to our rituals, I&#8217;d like you to start noticing the way you think and speak throughout your day. Practice being a bystander and observing how you relate to yourself and others&#8230;</p>
<p>Make sure you keep up the gratitude and happiness. By stating gratitude for 30 days you have created a brand new habit, one that will be much easier to consistently keep in your life. Well done!! xx</p>

Yay you made it to half way, congratulate yourself!   You are truly a amazing!</p>
<p>Keep up the gratitude and add your happiness. Happiness doesn&#8217;t need to be that you&#8217;re laughing all day. It could simply be stopping to enjoy a cuppa, or a moment to look at the view outside your window.</p>
<p>Write down the things you&#8217;re doing that make you happy, by the end of the challenge you&#8217;ll have a list of self-care strategies that you can draw on ear day.  With all the gratitude you&#8217;re doing you&#8217;ll also have a wonderful list of all the blessings in your life.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s fantastic feeling good; however there are times, that this isn&#8217;t the case.   We can&#8217;t be happy all the time, it&#8217;s the Yin and Yang of life.  The great thing about using these tools, is that your struggles become lighter and your life will become more beautiful, you&#8217;ll experience more of the good times and move through the challenging times easier&#8230;</p>
<p>So today I thought I&#8217;d share a few ways I move through and out of challenging times.</p>
<p>First and formost gratitude and adding moments of bliss&#8230;</p>
<p>1. Acknowledge how I&#8217;m feeling &#8211; own it. Say how stressed, angry, sad etc you feel</p>
<p>2. Slow my breathing, when we&#8217;re stressed our heart rate gets faster and adrenaline pumps through out body, this puts us into fight or flight mode. By slowing down, I begin to reconnect with whats real and I move out of &#8216;thinking mode&#8217; and into my &#8216;heart mode/real connection&#8217;</p>
<p>3. Watch your thoughts, this is easier when we are in heart mode which is present moment living.</p>
<p>4. Begin saying a few kind words to yourself. &#8216;I am&#8217; are two powerful words, finish the sentence a few times with positive statements. I am good enough, I am doing a great job, I am needing help!</p>
<p>5. Let go of one thing that&#8217;s a &#8216;should&#8217; you don&#8217;t have to do everything on your &#8216;to do&#8217; list.</p>
<p>6. Stop and add a moment of happiness to your life, even if it&#8217;s a cup of tea, you will look at the situation differently when you&#8217;ve stepped away for a while.</p>
<p>7. Look in the mirror and really look at yourself. You are doing the best you can right now, be gentle, give yourself the gift of self love for the EXACT space you are in right now and then gently begin saying more kind words to yourself.</p>
<p>8. Call a friend, choose wisely, not one that makes the problem bigger, one that will nurture you and help you to see a different perspective.</p>
<p>If you try all of these and can&#8217;t see a way out, simple start a mantra&#8230; &#8216;I&#8217;m willing to feel better, or I&#8217;m willing to let go&#8230; being willing can make all the difference</p>
<p>Remember the more you resist how you&#8217;re feeling, the more it will persist. Acknowledge, love yourself and let go. sending lots of love and happiness your way xx</p>
