You’ll spend 90 minutes each week, learning specific tools, which will empower you to take charge of your life and more importantly your mind. You’ll feel calmer, more in control and no longer need to overachieve to feel good enough. Instead you’ll own your potential and experience a deeper sense of happiness.
This is what we’ll cover…
Step 1: Create Your Vision
What do you want?
How do you want to feel?
What would you love to be doing?
When you get clear about your vision, it’s far easier to know where you’re going and then create a plan that will support you.
Step 2: Understand Your Mindset
Is your mindset supporting your vision, or are their limiting beliefs, which hold you back? This session is all about self-awareness and understanding how your beliefs are affecting your present reality. We’ll uncover some of your default beliefs, the ones that hinder your happiness, so you have the power to change them and ultimately change
Step 3: Create Space
In this session we’ll figure out exactly what you need to let go of prior to developing your potential. Is it limiting beliefs or unhealthy habits? We’ll figure it out and make space.
Step 4: Expand Your Potential
Who do you need to be, to create the life you desire? In this session we’ll figure this out and develop your specific Identity, which will stop you from sabotaging and support you to make the right choices, so you consistently cultivate your goals.
Step 5: Cultivate Daily Rituals
Understand and cultivate the connection between self-love and success on your terms. Create consistent self-care rituals which build your worthiness, enabling you to step into a more confident and courageous you.
Step 6: Where To From Here
In this session you’ll create a specific plan, filled with a heap of tools which will support you moving forward. We’ll refine your plan until you know you’ve got what you need to overcome challenges and create a life you truly love!
Be one of six like-minded women who join me each week for 90 minutes, where you get to focus on you. We’ll be meeting online, from 7:00pm to 8:30pm every Tuesday starting 25th February. You’ll also be part of a private FB group, where I support you to achieve your goals throughout the entire course.
