Tracy knows first hand how challenging it can be to run a business, stay connected in a relationship, raise a family, (together with her husband Andy, they have five teenagers) enjoy a social life and most importantly take time for herself.

This is why she created Blossom, a lifestyle company that supports women by providing coaching packages, seminars and workshops, where you develop simple strategies, that support you to discover what’s really important, achieve and maintain fulfilling goals and find balance in your busyness, so you can enjoy more of life!

She is a Certified Lifestyle Coach where she trained with Coach U in the USA, a network renowned for training an international community of high calibre professional coaches. She offers a number of workshops that have transformed many people’s lives and is also certified in Louise L. Hay’s work the Author of You Can Heal Your Life.

Tracy has been a columnist for New Idea and written for M2Woman, she is excited to begin writing for Good Magazine in January.

At the beginning of 2009 after training in Louise Hay’s work, Tracy stepped back and reassessed, whom she was, where she was going and what she wanted to offer her clients. This enabled Tracy to create seminars that support people to experience a new way of living, loving and communicating. She runs these alongside her coaching, which she offers in person, on the phone and using skype, enabling her to work with clients in different parts of the world.

Previously Tracy had been affiliated with The Empowering Group for approximately eight years. A company committed to encouraging personal awareness and leadership development where she periodically coached individuals and facilitated or assisted in their transformational workshops.

Tracy loves, supporting women, nature, BBQ’s with family and friends, dancing, exercising, a hammock and a great book, camping, beaches, exploring new places, learning, great conversations, quality time with inspiring people and traveling to holiday destinations with her family.
